Interventions

Group 1: Cancer patients younger than 40 years, undergoing systemic therapy (chemotherapy and immunotherapy), without comorbidities, undergo a four-week high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Tumor must be detectable by ultrasound imaging or CT scan - Curative medical treatment approach or life expectancy at least 6 months; - Good German language skills; - Signed written consent; - Healthy eye physiology (normal macula-OCT, optic-nerve head, fundus foto, visual acuity, inner ocular pressure)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Obesity, hypertension, diabetes, glaucoma; - Previous history of cerebrovascular events; - Smoking; - Neurological disorders (e.g. epilepsy); - Chronic eye disease; - Metastatic cancer; - Previous history of immune therapy; - Shortened life expectancy of < 6 months; - Any diseases that do not allow sports activity in particular: Respiratory partial or global insufficiency; Permanent thrombocytopenia <10,000/µl, e.g., refractory autoimmune thrombocytopenia Congenital or acquired thrombocytopathies or coagulation disorders. Symptomatic CHD (clearance certificate required, stress ECG and cardiac ultrasound recommended if necessary) Severe anemia (requiring transfusion); - Participation in another exercise study;
