Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Previously known or newly diagnosed COPD according to the definition of obstruction according to the bronchospasmolysis test Z value < -1.64 - Smoker/ex-smoker with at least 20 pack-years - Consent to data protection and patient information - Willingness to answer the questionnaires in full - Linguistic and cognitive abilities to answer the questionnaires
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Patient age 300/microliter - Alpha-1-antitrypsin deficiency - FENO values > 40 ppm - Pre-existing conditions (asthma, bronchiectasis, ILD, bronchial CA, other pneumological diseases)
