Group 1: In this study, nursing staff in long-term care facilities are observed and surveyed at two time points: before and after the introduction of the AI-based speech assistant “voize” for nursing

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Nursing staff with a 3-year professional education - Regularly perform nursing documentation - Have at least 1 year of professional experience - Understand German instructions and are capable of providing informed consent - Nursing facilities where the voice assistant "voize" is implemented during the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Nursing staff who are not permanently employed in the nursing facilities, e.g., temporary staff
