Group 2: Patients in psychiatric care (not diagnosis-specific, associated with one of the two study centres)

Group 3: next of kin of persons experienced with psychiatric care (family members, partners, friends, roommates

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Users of psychiatric services/patients: all people who have experience of own mental health crises or psychiatric treatment (at a study location ) - Significant others of people with experience of mental health crises or psychiatric treatment (family members, partners, friends, flatmates; other close ones) with association to a study centre or via ProjectPartner ApK.ev. - Professionals: People who are professionally involved in psychiatric or psychiatric or psychosocial care with people in mental health crises (psychiatric doctors, psychotherapists, nursing staff, creative and movement therapists, social workers, physical therapists, social workers, recovery counsellors).
