Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age: 7 to 21 years - Patient in the Day Clinic for Chronically Ill Children, Adolescents, and Their Families at UKSH, Campus Lübeck - Written informed consent for participation in the study from the legal guardians or parents - Written assent for participation in the study from the children and adolescents

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Young adults above the age of 21 years - Lack of written informed consent from the legal guardians or parents - Lack of written assent from the child or adolescent - Insufficient proficiency in the German language

MeasureTime frame
The primary endpoint is health-related quality of life (HRQoL), which is assessed using the KINDL questionnaires at T0 (outpatient interview), T1 (admission), and T2 (discharge).
