Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Implantation of an ECLS due to cardiogenic shock - Completion of the 18th year of life, regardless of gender - Patient care to be set up before the start of ECLS weaning

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Primary right ventricular failure - Diseases that exclude therapy with ECLS

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Comparison of previous haemodynamic monitoring with new methods of haemodynamic monitoring with regard to the safety and applicability of new weaning protocols supported by the decisions based on the measured haemodynamic parameters

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Mortality, Morbidity, duration of ECLS-Weaning/ ECLS-therapy
