Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Correlation of quadriceps elasticity with quadriceps muscle mass quadriceps layer thickness (QMLT) measured via sonography

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Correlation of quadriceps elasticity with other parameters associated with the quadriceps muscle: -1-Minute Sit to stand test -Bioimpedance Analysis -Nutritional status measured by GLIM Criteria -Muscle status measured by EWGSOP 2 Criteria -Frailty measured by Clinical Frailty Scale (CFS) -Sarcopenia measured by the SARC-F Questionnaire -Handgrip strength (HGS) -Mid-upper arm circumference (MUAC) - Cross sectional imaging (CT or MRI if performed for clinical routine)
