Exclusion criteria: Total hip replacement (Hip Joint Prosthesis) Hip surgeries Difficulties with reliable tasks, e.g., Dementia No Access to content via electronic devices

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Strengthening of the trunk, gluteal, and leg muscles (completion of the training): "How do you assess your fitness level?" Performance of hip abduction in a side-lying position at a predefined height (seconds until exhaustion) Knowledge gain (after completion of the training) using a knowledge test

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in the range of motion of the hip joint (completion of the training): measurement of the maximum abduction angle in a side-lying position (photo + precise measurement using computer software) Improvement of pre-existing functional limitations of the hip joint: using the HOOS score and SF-36
