Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Stomatognath healthy subjects (CMD brief findings) - Patients with a strong suspicion of waking bruxism

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Lack of consent from the patient, - suspected diagnosis of arthropathy, - severe overbite that does not allow the attachment of a paraocclusal tray (axiographic system), - patients with dementia or other cognitive impairments who are unable to consent to the study, patients who do not consent to participate in the study for other reasons

Differences in 3-D condylar position at maximum mandibular closing force (MVC) and at 5%, 10% and 50% of max. MVC - Jaw closing force sEMG controlled with bite in habitual maximum intercuspidation (bite on all teeth): o Change in condylar position with different jaw closing forces in the respective joint o Side differences (right vs left joint) - Jaw closing force bite fork controlled when biting down on the unilaterally (regio 1st molar) placed bite fork: o Change in condylar position with different jaw closing forces in the ipsi- and contralateral joint o Side differences (ipsi- vs contralateral joint)
