Group 1: In 2018 and 2019, children under the age of 7 with a genetic disease and a minimum stay of 24 hours in the pediatric intensive care unit of the University Children's Hospital in Heidelberg.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Children who received intensive care treatment at Heidelberg University Children's Hospital in 2018 and 2019 - Age at the start of the intensive care stay < 7 years - Minimum length of stay in the intensive care unit of 24 hours
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Age at the start of the intensive care stay = 7 years - Length of stay in the intensive care unit < 24 hours
