Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In the record of a patient who falls within one of the following age definitions Neonate Up to the completed 28th day of life Infant From the 29th day of life to the completed 12th day of life Infant From the age of 2 years to the age of 3 years Child From the beginning of the 4th year of life to the completed 12th year of life Adolescent From the age of 13 to the age of 18 The definition of age groups is based on that of the German Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians. TAKWA protocol completed in full, suspected diagnosis clearly recognisable from the protocol. Target clinic 'Universitätsklinikum Ulm' with the corresponding clinics such as paediatric clinic, surgical emergency room, etc.

Exclusion criteria: Non-paediatric age as defined above Target hospital not Ulm University Hospital Data set incomplete
