Inclusion criteria: - Cardiac surgery - Intensive care treatment - In domo =3 days - Signed declaration of consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients unable to give consent - Diagnosis of dementia, cognitive impairment, CNS damage - Endocarditis
