Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who localize their main pain in the lumbar spine are included in the study. By definition, the pain must be present for at least 6 months, the participants must understand and speak German and be older than 18 and younger than 75.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients cannot participate if they are pregnant, have a known increased risk of falling, uncontrolled high blood pressure or low blood pressure, glaucoma, acute thrombosis, dizziness, advanced osteoporosis, aneurysm, cardiac arrhythmia, tumor/metastases, neurological diseases (radiculopathy). Leg injuries and neck pain are also included.
