Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Status post unilateral reconstruction following complete rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and arthroscopic ACL reconstruction using a tendon graft. Participants have full legal capacity and understand the nature, scope, significance, and consequences of the study. Participants will be included in the study at the point when they are allowed to increase loading on the affected leg, marking the start of the intensified phase of physical therapy/rehabilitation (typically 8 to 12 weeks after surgery).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: No natural menstrual cycle, use of contraceptives Irregular menstrual cycle (cycle length less than 21 days or more than 35 days) Diagnosed gynecological pathologies (e.g., endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome) Pregnancy Severe secondary or associated injuries, regardless of location Secondary or associated injuries on the non-ACL-ruptured side No indication for surgery (conservative treatment)
