Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals with isolated REM sleep behaviour disorder: Inclusion criteria: - Age between 45-85 years - Ability to give informed consent - Polysomnographically diagnosed REM sleep behaviour disorder Subjects with de novo diagnosis of Parkinson's disease: Inclusion criteria: - Age between 45-85 years - Ability to give informed consent - Diagnosis of Parkinson's disease within the last 3 years Healthy control subjects: Inclusion criteria: - Age between 45-85 years - Ability to give informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with isolated REM sleep behaviour disorder: Exclusion criteria: - Diagnosis of Parkinson's disease, dementia with Lewy bodies, multisystem atrophy Individuals with a de novo diagnosis of Parkinson's disease: Exclusion criteria: - Dementia Healthy controls: Exclusion criteria: - Diagnosis of REM sleep behaviour disorder, Parkinson's disease, dementia with Lewy bodies, multisystem atrophy or other neurodegenerative disease
