Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants in the randomized controlled pilot study are to be recruited from bachelor students in the psychology program at the University of Lübeck. They will be offered an "ACT for Health" training provided by the PHCs on a voluntary basis. For participating in the data collection, participants will receive test subject hours in the amount of the hours they have worked. All study participants will be informed in writing and verbally about the study procedure and their rights before being included in the study. Inclusion in the study will only take place after a signed consent form has been signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Students who, despite meeting the inclusion criteria, do not have the opportunity to regularly participate in the "ACT for Health" training

| Changes in psychological flexibility at the end of the "ACT for Health" training, which are recorded using specific questionnaires (Questionnaire for Acceptance and Action II (FAH-II) and Multidimensional Psychological Flexibility Inventory (MPFI)). The surveys take place at baseline, mid-training (4 weeks after the start of training), post-training (1 week after the end of training) and at the follow-up measurement points (5 weeks and 13 weeks after the end of training). | — |

| Changes in psychological stress, the ability to regulate emotions, health-related quality of life, psychological resilience and self-compassion at the end of the "ACT for Health" training, which are also measured using specific questionnaires that have proven to be valid and reliable for assessing the constructs (including DASS-21, SEK-27, SF12v2, SCS-SF). The surveys take place at baseline, mid-training (4 weeks after the start of training), post-training (1 week after the end of training) and at the follow-up measurement points (5 weeks and 13 weeks after the end of training). | — |
