Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with malignant renal tumors after kidney-preserving surgery in the years 2015-2022 Written informed consent for participation in the study Age at the time of surgery 18-63 years Non-metastatic stage of a renal tumor undergoing kidney-preserving surgery unilateral and unifocal pT 1 (a/b)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Minors Patients unable to give consent Lack of completeness of the data set Lack of willingness to participate, lack of mobility Patients with a single kidney Known chronic kidney disease (diabetic nephropathy, derailed high blood pressure, known renal insufficiency, CKD) Diabetes mellitus with already preoperatively reduced kidney function (eGFR<60 ml/min) Second malignancies with known therapy-associated, possible effects on the recorded functional and emotional endpoints (renal function, psychological stress)
