Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients: - Written consent of the patient before filling out the questionnaire - Patient is capable of giving consent and able to understand the clinical trial - Age >18 years - Confirmed psoriasis (all subtypes) Physicians - Written consent of the treating physicians - Approved physician - Practitioners of patients with psoriasis (specialty: dermatology, rheumatology, general medicine) - Age =18 years

Exclusion criteria: - Lack of capacity to consent / No consent - Rejection by patients
