Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Men with mild to moderate erectile dysfunction (IIEF-5: 12 - 21 pts and mild to moderate prostate problems (IPSS: 5-19 pts).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hormone therapy (e.g. testosterone substitution), long-term therapy with PDE-5 inhibitors or an alpha blocker (e.g. tamsulosin, alfuzosin, silodosin) or a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor (finasteride, dutasteride).
