Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary endpoint of part A is to identify altered brain activity patterns in migraine patients compared to healthy controls. For Part B, the primary aim is to determine whether modulation of specific brain processes involved in confrontational and behavioural decision-making leads to a change that influences neurological and behavioural parameters of migraine.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Finally, the physiological parameters are correlated with the CGRP levels and questionnaires.
