Group 1: 18-30 year old subjects On the day of the intervention, the subjects will arrive after an overnight fast. Approximately 12 mL blood will be drawn from the subjects' arm vein and fingertip b

18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) normal weight for your age/gender b) not a resident of a nursing home c) no specific neuromuscular diseases such as myasthenia gravis, muscular dystrophy, ALS, or polio d) not under legal guardianship e) no moderate to severe dementia f) no chronic inflammatory disease (e.g., Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, rheumatoid arthritis) g) no long-term systemic cortisone therapy h) no had cancer/tumor disease in the past 5 years i) not pregnant j) no strength training more than twice a week in the last 6 months k) no milk protein allergy or lactose intolerance

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Resident of a nursing home Specific neuromuscular diseases (Myasthenia gravis, Muscular dystrophy, Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), Poliomyelitis) Patients under legal guardianship Moderate to severe dementia Chronic inflammatory diseases (e.g., Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, rheumatoid arthritis) Patients undergoing long-term systemic cortisone therapy Tumor disease within the last 5 years Allergies to milk protein Lactose intolerance
