Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Good command of German, both spoken and written.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: New diagnosis of a mental illness in the last 6 months by a doctor or psychiatrist (list of illnesses based on BFS, 2023); regularly engaged in exercise in the last 4 weeks (> 0 minutes; BSA questionnaire by Fuchs et al., 2015).
