18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Indication for treatment with mandibular advancement device (primary ronchopathy or AHI = 5) - At least 8 teeth per jaw (including the anterior teeth in the upper and lower jaw)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - No consent to participate - Combination therapy (CPAP or hypoglossal nerve stimulation) - Removable dentures

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
No difference between the control group (patients without morning occlusal guide) and the intervention group (patients with morning occlusal guide) regarding the reduction in overjet.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
An exploratory analysis will be conducted to determine whether overbite, occlusal contacts, molar - and canine relationship show less occlusal changes in the intervention group compared to the control group.
