Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria are being of legal age (the program is aimed at adults), meeting the criteria for ADHD according to DSM-5, and having sufficient German language skills (the group sessions are conducted in German).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria include acute self-harm and harm to others or severe psychological distress, as well as a lack of ability or willingness to reliably attend eight consecutive 90-minute group sessions and to reflect on oneself and exchange ideas with the group (this will be assessed in an individual preliminary discussion with the study coordinator).

| Psychological distress (depression, anxiety, hopelessness, self-stigmatization, social functioning, reflective functioning) and academic success (academic success and tendency to drop out) Questionnaires: Depression-Anxiety-Stress Scales-21, Beck Hopelessness Scale, Heidelberg Stress Index, Multidimensional Self-Esteem Scale, short version of Reflective Functioning Questionnaire, Self-Stigma Scale-Short, Self-Compassion Scale, self-generated questions, especially on socio-demographic data and academic success/tendency to drop out of university Data on psychological well-being and academic success will be collected at three measurement points: before the intervention, immediately after the intervention and three months after the intervention.
