Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Parents' consent to the following question: ’I am the parent of a 6- to 12-year-old child who, in my opinion, has problems with the controlled use of computer games or social networks.’ 2) Only one parent can complete questionnaires. 3) Child lives with the participating parent at the time of the training. 4) Sufficient knowledge of German to follow the training and answer questionnaires. 5) Internet access and working email address. 6) Consent to the study and data protection conditions.
