Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of atopic dermatitis or diagnosis of psoriasis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: No inclusion of patients who, in the opinion of the enrolling physician, are unable to complete the questionnaires accurately and truthfully. No inclusion of individuals dependent on the sponsor, study director, or responsible physician. Individuals who are unable to provide consent are excluded from participation in the study.
