Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Consent of a legal guardian of the participant.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Acute health complaints (e.g. infections or injuries) or chronic, internal, orthopaedic and/or mental illnesses that prevent participation in a spiroergometric exercise programme - Short-term and long-term medication, with the exception of the antibabypill - Wearing a pacemaker or suspected or confirmed pregnancy, as this makes it impossible to conduct a bioimpedance analysis to determine body composition

MeasureTime frame
The aim of this study is to understand the reaction of the body of adolescents to an intensive cardiovascular stress stimulus with a high resolution over the entire day.
