Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| 1. incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting as a function of SNPs: CHRM3 rs2165870, DRD2 rs1800497, 5-HTTLPR rs4795541, HTR3B rs3782025, KCNB2 rs349358 2. postoperative opioid consumption and pain severity (NRS) as a function of the SNPs: COMT rs4680, OPRM1 rs1799971 3. duration until complete relaxation during induction of anaesthesia and total dose of intraoperative rocuronium administration depending on the genotype of the SNPs: SLCO1A2 rs7967354, SLCO1A2 rs11045995, NR1I2 rs2472677, SLCO1A2 rs4762699, ABCB1 rs12720464, rs1055302, rs1128503, OATP1B1 SLCO1B1 rs2306283, OATP1B1 SLCO1B1 rs2306283 | — |
