Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Arm 1: (Patients with dissociative and functional disorders): Adult patients up to and including 65 years of age with diagnoses in the area of ??affective disorders (ICD-10 F30-F39), neurotic, stress and somatoform disorders (ICD-10 F40-F48), behavioral problems with physical disorders and factors (F50-F59), personality and behavioral disorders (ICD-10 F60-F69) and/or behavioral and emotional disorders with onset in childhood and adolescence (ICD-10 F90-F98). Arm 2 (patients with neurological diseases): Adult patients up to and including 65 years of age with diagnoses in the areas of inflammatory diseases of the central nervous system (ICD-10 G00-G09), extrapyramidal diseases and movement disorders (ICD-10 G20-G26), episodic and paroxysmal diseases of the central nervous system (ICD-10 G40-G47) and/or with symptoms affecting the nervous system and the Affect the musculoskeletal system (ICD-10 R25-R29). Arm 3: (Patients with syncopal seizures): Adult patients up to and including 65 years with the diagnosis of syncope and collapse (ICD-10 R55) and/or other and unspecified convulsions (ICD-10 R56.8). Arm 4: No further inclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All study arms: Younger than 18 or older than 65 years, lack of capacity to consent, acute suicidality, brain surgery that took place. Certain infectious and parasitic diseases (ICD-10 A00-B99), malignant tumor diseases (ICD-10 C00-C97), organic mental disorders (ICD-10 F00-F09), serious mental and behavioral disorders caused by psychotropic substances (from ICD-10 F10-F19), schizophrenia, schizotypy and delusional disorders (ICD-10 F20-F29), Intellectual disorders (ICD-10 F70-F79), developmental disorders (ICD-10 F80-F89), system atrophies that predominantly affect the central nervous system (ICD-10 G10-G14), other degenerative diseases of the nervous system (ICD-10 G30-G32), cerebrovascular diseases (ICD-10 I60-I69), pregnancy, birth and postpartum period (ICD-10 ICD-10 O00-O99).
