Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - no occurence of sleep disorders requiring treatment - regular sleep/wake rhythm at least one week before the start of the study - no hormonal contraceptives

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - participation in clinical pharmacology tests 4 weeks before the start of the study - drug use or alcohol abuse - known eye diseases - acute illnesses requiring treatment - chronic diseases of the cardiovascular system and neurological or psychiatric diseases - night shift work - extreme early or late chronotype
