Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients above 18 years old undergoing Trans Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) due to Aortic Stenosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous known renal artery disease (renal artery stenosis, occlusion or renal artery/vein thrombosis). 2. Renal transplant recipient. 3. Chronic liver disease. 4. Chronic Kidney Disease ( CKD ) with preoperative GFR < 15 or on Dialysis. 5. Patients with missing Data like Preoperative and Postoperative Ultrasound or Laboratory Data.
