| The primary goal is the proof of concept of the user-friendliness and quality of an app for recording quality of life and well-being as well as a computer-based workplace taking into account the physical activity. The data is collected continuously over a period of two weeks. The user-friendliness and quality of the app is then evaluated. | The secondary objective is to examine whether the assessment of the user-friendliness and quality of the app differs between the various age groups. In addition, the relationship between the assessment of quality of life and well-being and the use of the app is to be analysed, taking into account regular use, interaction-related affinity for technology, competence with regard to the use of the app and age. In addition, the assessment of the interaction in the context of the joint exchange will be evaluated and a connection between the assessment of the interaction on mood, duration of sleep and number of steps will be examined. In addition, gender-specific differences are analysed, taking into account gender identities and the perceived resilience of the participants with regard to the evaluation of the user-friendliness and quality of the app. Various influencing factors such as interaction-related affinity for technology, age and previous experience are included. In addition, needs and requirements are to be determined in order to modify the app if necessary. One focus here is on transitional support. Both quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods will be used.
