Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age = 18 Written consent Volunteers: Triglycerides >= 150 mg/dl patients: familial hyperchylomicroniemia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe renal impairment TSH not normal other severe intrinsic diseases pregnancy

Net-flux of TG in LDL and HDL before and after a fat rich meal (volunters) predicted by the model and actually measured
