Group 1: Prospective observational study of patients undergoing drug therapy as part of perioperative anesthesiology care in the operating room and/or intensive care unit.

Inclusion criteria: Written consent to the study by the patients or their legal representatives

Exclusion criteria: - Blood donors or participants in other studies in the past three months. - Pregnancy
