Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pediatric Surgery, Lippe Clinic, EvKB Physiotherapy, Hand and Foot Physiotherapy Practice: - Inpatients after abdominal surgery aged 4 - 16 years - Outpatients after a fracture of the lower extremities aged 4 - 16 years - Availability of a written, signed declaration of consent from the legal guardian and the participating child Child and adolescent psychiatry location - Patients of the day clinic, child and adolescent wards with the diagnosis F32.0, F32.1 and F32.2 aged 8 to 18 years. - A written, signed declaration of consent from the legal guardian and the participating child must be available.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pediatric Surgery, Lippe Clinic, EvKB Physiotherapy, Hand and Foot Physiotherapy Practice - Patients under 4 and over 16 years of age - Patients with limited communication skills - Patients who meet the inclusion criteria but do not have their own declaration of consent and/or that of their legal guardian (refusal/non-existence) - Inability of the child and/or legal guardian to understand the German-language language used by NAO and the physiotherapists and doctors as well as the German-language questionnaires used Child and adolescent psychiatry site - Patients under 8 and over 18 years of age - Patients in acute conditions (e.g. with severe depression with psychotic symptoms F32.3) - Patients who meet the inclusion criteria but do not have their own declaration of consent and/or that of their legal guardian (refusal/non-existence) - Inability of the child and/or legal guardian to understand the German-language address of NAO and the therapists as well as the German-language questionnaires used
