Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -experienced alpine skiers -written informed consent of the participants after enlightenment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -age <18 years -complete or partial incapacitation -previous operations on the knee joints, e.g. cruciate ligament reconstruction or partial meniscus resection -pre-existing osteoarthritis/chondromalacia, focal osteochondral lesions of the knee joints -malalignment of the leg axes or individual handicaps that prevent symmetrical bilateral leg loading -implants, especially in the lower extremities (e.g. knee prosthesis, plate osteosynthesis, etc.) -general (relative) contraindications to an MRI examination: +pacemaker, defibrillator +insulin pump, ferromagnetic intracranial clips +metal splitter in the eye or other life-threatening localizations +Cochlea-implants, pregnancy, permanent make-up -unstable medical condition that interferes with the examination -claustrophobia
