Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Deceased patients with sudden unexplained cause of death, residence or stay in the endemic area for BoDV-1, general consent of relatives to autopsy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cause of death clarified, no residence or stay in endemic area
