Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • healthy participants, who have a planned Covid-19 vaccination or healthy participants without a planned Covid-19 vaccination • Age between 18 and 65 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Current mental disorders requiring treatment • Severe somatic diseases (such as pneumonia, sepsis, stroke, liver/kidney transplant, thyroid disorders are included only if TSH is normal) • Current pregnancy or breastfeeding • MRI exclusion criteria: tattoos in the neck/head area, permanent make-up, magnetically attached dentures, metallic/magnetic implants (pacemaker, defibrillator, joint endoprosthesis, heart valve, stent, metal, silicone, vascular/surgical clips, vascular endoprosthesis, metal pins, skin chips, garnet/other metal splinters, insulin pump, painkiller pump, neurostimulator, hearing implant) • Exclusion criteria for contrast agent (CA) administration: elevated creatinin level, liver transplant, kidney transplant, gadovist allergies • Fever, severe infection symptoms, urinary tract infection within the last 7 days before T1 • Antibiotic treatment within the last 14 days before T1
