Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| This study aims to provide insights into the interaction between physiological maturation processes and neurodegenerative processes in pediatric patients with Multiple Sclerosis through longitudinal analysis of the properties of neural networks and microstructural properties of the brain tissue. Furthermore, the effects of these processes on clinical symptomatology will be investigated. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| The secondary goal is to translate the analysis of brain networks and microstructural properties of the brain tissue in pediatric patients with multiple sclerosis into a clinical context. To this end, parameters will be identified that enable a prognosis for the regeneration of network function and clinical function. | — |
