18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. signed informed consent, 2. age between 18 and 65 years, 3. history of snoring (>5 times a week for at least 6 months), 4. available bed partner for assessing snoring quality and quantity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. body mass index (BMI) > 35 kg/m², 2. ESS > 10, 3. AHI >15/h, 4. symptomatic nasal breathing obstruction or allergic rhinitis, 5. tonsils > grade 2 (Brodsky grading scale) or velum surgery, 6. relevant retrognathia, 7. pregnancy 8. neurodegenerative diseases
