Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All participants should fluently speak and understand English. This study specifies on elite athletes either practicing ballet, bodybuilding, or ballgames (tennis, soccer, basketball) on a professional level, which is defined as organising their daily life around their sport or regular participation at competitions or performances. The training should have been practiced for at least 6 months with more than 300 min/week with at least moderate intensity to be considered an elite athlete. If participants meet the criteria to be considered an elite athlete and they practice one of the sports disciplines, participation in the study is possible in the Elite Athlete Group. The specification on some sport-disciplines enables sufficient large samples per sport disciplines to investigate differences between the sport disciplines. Participants are assigned to the Control Group, if they do not meet the criteria of the Elite Athletes Group. Participants from the Control Group can also exercise regularly, but with lower training load, intensity and professionalism.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: If participants meet the criteria to be considered an elite athlete but they do not practice one of the sport-disciplines, study participation is not possible.
