Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Diagnosis of a recent (maximum interval between trauma and diagnosis 2 weeks), previously untreated proximal humerus fracture -Voluntary verbal and written consent to participate in the study only by patients by patients who are able to give their consent themselves

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Serious concomitant diseases that could impair rehabilitation - Previous operations or injuries to the affected extremity - Inability to fulfill the requirements of the study - Pregnancy - Known mental illness that could affect participation in the study
