Inclusion criteria: Signed declaration of consent from the patient Confirmed CHD/chronic coronary syndrome or myocardial infarction or PaVK or ischemic stroke > 6 months Lipid profile available (Lp(a) optional)

MeasureTime frame
The primary endpoint of the study is the presentation of compliance with LDL target values and medication regimens (incl. dosage) from the ESC guideline, in comparison with the actual laboratory values and drug prescriptions, measured by the proportion of patients who achieve the defined LDL-C treatment target of <55mg/dL, - depending on lipid-lowering therapies - depending on treatment by registered cardiologists or general practitioners

Percentage of patients treated by cardiologists or general practitioners in private practice: - for whom a current LP(a) determination is available - who achieve the following LDL-C categories: LDL-C =190 mg/dl) ? Description of the differences in lipid-lowering therapy depending on treatment by practicing cardiologists or general practitioners. ? Gender and age-related differences depending on treatment by practicing cardiologists or general practitioners.
