Group 1: As part of a nationwide survey in cardiology practices

Inclusion criteria: Signed declaration of consent from the patient Confirmed CHD/chronic coronary syndrome or myocardial infarction or PaVK or ischemic stroke > 6 months Lipid profile available (Lp(a) optional)
