Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient group: Patients with a chronic musculoskeletal disease who have not had surgery in the last 4 weeks and who come from home to the spine outpatient clinic (OUPC) or rehabilitation facility. Willingness to participate in the study (signing a patient information and consent form) Availability of internet access and a suitable device (smartphone, PC, tablet) for using the internet for the patient or an assistant Medical professional group: Employees at the Raupennest who are involved in the treatment of the patient (doctors, nursing staff, physiotherapy, social services, psychologists)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Surgery or other acute illness in the last 4 weeks that would distort the chronic impairment
