Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI = 30 at least two symptoms in the sense of substance-related and addictive disorders based on the "Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders" in YFAS 2.0 as well as the presence of an "impairment/distress" criterion Simultaneous treatment by means of physiotherapy (sports therapy)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of consent Generally valid contraindications to physiotherapy on the device or acupuncture: severely limited physical exercise capacity or higher-grade heart failure, anticoagulation with direct thrombin inhibitors, factor Xa inhibitors, vitamin K antagonists, antithrombin-mediated thrombin and/or factor Xa inhibitors, febrile infection, local inflammation of the ear to be acupunctured, fractures in the training area, manifest malignant diseases, needle phobia Maximum weight: 145 kg, due to the maximum load capacity of the training equipment

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Change in weight and body composition measured with the help of a scale and determined by BIA (body impedance analysis), measurement after 6 and after 12 weeks.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Change in Yale Food Addiction Score 2.0 (german version) Regular participation in standard therapy or standard therapy and intervention, assessed after 6 and 12 weeks on the basis of the participation dates and, if applicable, drop out rate.
