Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients with suspected soft tissue sarcoma, bone sarcoma or GIST - Indication & performance of an image-guided biopsy of the mass - Indication for neo-adjuvant therapy regimen - Written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Metastatic stage of disease - Patients incapable of giving consent or no written consent

MeasureTime frame
Assuring and improving the quality of care for sarcoma patients, focusing on biopsies to be performed for primary diagnosis or recurrence.

- Rate of biopsies performed according to sarcoma board decision - Biopsy complication rate - Rate of surgery performed after neo-adjuvant therapy according to the sarcoma board decision - Quality of visibility of biopsy channel during surgery - Rate of R0 resections - Rate of concordance of histopathological and molecular pathological features between biopsy and resected tumour specimen - Ability to assess biopsy channel for tumour cell seeding - Rate of patients with tumour progression or recurrence in the area of the biopsy channel (local recurrence) - Progression-free survival (PFS) - Disease-free survival (DFS) - Overall survival (OS)
