Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Patients with suspected soft tissue sarcoma, bone sarcoma or GIST - Indication & performance of an image-guided biopsy of the mass - Indication for neo-adjuvant therapy regimen - Written consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Metastatic stage of disease - Patients incapable of giving consent or no written consent
