Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Clinically proven Parkinson's disease 2) Clinically proven REM sleep behavior disorder 3) Healthy controls without evidence of Parkinson's disease or constipation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Gastrointestinal disease: inflammatory bowel disease, exocrinic pankreas insufficency, cealiac disease, gastrointestinal malignom Pregnant and breestfeeding women
