Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic pain (headache), = 18 years old, participating in headache-specific interdisciplinary multimodal pain therapy at the Interdisciplinary Pain Center of the University Medical Center Freiburg between 2015 and the end of 2023

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of intellectual or linguistic ability to answer the questionnaire in German
