Inclusion criteria: - Blind/Visually Impaired and Sighted - No treatable musculoskeletal conditions

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Insured individuals increase their weekly physical activity to at least 60 minutes of moderate exercise and their total time spent on physical activity by at least 50% compared to the baseline situation within 12 weeks. All physical activity requires one or more forms of strength. The increase in weekly physical activity can therefore be used to draw conclusions about the increase in muscle strength.
