Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: written informed consent by legal guardian operation, intervention AND general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. age > 8 years 2. rejection by legal guardian 3. tracheostomy in place 4. known difficul airway 5. known congenital muscle weakness/risk for malignant hyperthermia 6. septic shock 7. oropharyngeal abscess 8. kraniofacial deformity 9. known structural lung disease and SpO2 < 90%
